Our experience was compromised by the service at the lounge, which was unprofessional and left us frustrated. We were charged exorbitantly for meals without receiving a detailed bill, leading us to suspect we were overcharged. Additionally, we were disappointed with the room size, as the bed felt cramped for two people.

During my stay, I loved being just a 15-minute stroll from the stunning Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore and also enjoyed the fact that the hotel was right next to the Termini train station, making it super convenient for day trips and exploring the city easily.
